Our creative chefs work daily in our small kitchen to create our dishes. We want the ingredients in our dishes to be created from scratch, and our philosophy is that if you work with happiness, passion and love, it will be noticed on the plate. We draw inspiration from the beautiful nature that surrounds us, as well as from the amazing ingredients and products we find in Västerbotten. But our inspiration also comes from a great interest in great flavors.
