In September 2006, Aludden opened Providore and establishing restaurant operations in the Aluddeparken. In addition, we have also been involved in both designing and projecting and implementing the whole idea. Lerums Municipality owns the properties and Made af Safwenberg AB runs the Aludden Providore operation. The vision of building a business that could provide people in the immediate area with the good of life (quality and ecologically sustainable products in food, drink, bakery, music & meetings) has been a driving force in the establishment, which today encompasses several different business activities like Bakery, bistro with modern imaginative cooking and interesting drinks, meetings and conference for the company, theme nights with wine testings.
