Restaurant het Stuivertje was established in 1971 in Hazenstraat 58 in the heart of the Jordaan. The name was inspired on the name of Inn Het eerste Stuivertje on the Overtoom. Concept The concept of het Stuivertje has been, for more than 40 years, serving pure, tasty and recognizable dishes. Straightforward in a typical Amsterdam ambiance, served with good wines at friendly prices. And not in the least, service with a smile. The homemade dishes with flavours of region, season, old and new, and suitable to be combined with wine. Het Stuivertje has proven to be of a constant added value for the Jordaan, for both residents and non residents.
