We offer a wide variety of vegan, raw and gluten-free desserts, non-traditional cocktails, local boutique wines and beer ... and more. Artisan bread from stone mill flour and natural food prepared with love and care. We always have fresh flour, which we produce with our stone mill, to prepare handmade bread. We do not use artificial baking but ferment so we cultivate our sourdough continually. We use high quality and ancient varieties of grains such as einkorn, spelt, khorasan (kamut), rye, and many more. We at DaOrganic Sun Moon work primarily with small local producers from Bulgaria and around the world.
