Erlandssons is an elegant and modern restaurant offering modern local and international grilled dishes with innovative accessories. On November 22, 2017, Erlandssons hit the gates side by side with Simply as a new member of the family. With Gävle's longest bar counter, designer Lena Björklund from I&I has created a unique atmosphere that is refined and welcoming at the same time. The bar serves Spanish Gin & Tonics, delicious cocktails and sangria with both red wine, white wine and cava as a base. The menu, designed by our kitchen team, includes a fusion of local and international grilled dishes. All our grilled dishes are served with an accessory tray with seven different accessories, which vary according to access, season and mood, designed to fit meat, fish and poultry.
