At the bakery in Fritsla we bake bread and other pastries on an artisanal basis, using organic flour. Feel free to eat some food in our nice cafe! Welcome! Bread baked on sourdough. Coffee bread where everything is made from the ground up, both jam, cream, fillings. We roll pastry and croissants on site. Lunch - soup or salad depending on the season. Grill sandwiches.
