Fresh pasta factory and restaurant, Founded in 1952, the "Pasta Factory IRUPE" began to make its way in the Floersta neighborhood where dirt streets and open fields were abundant at the time, it emerged over the years and was passing from generation to generation, almost 60 years later it was incorporating new technology that continues to update, but even today the seed planted in the beginning endures, which is to continue making pasta in an ARTISANAL way. Towards the end of 2003, "Volver A Empezar" was created, which is our pasta restaurant, a development that was carried out in our same expanded premises, thus merging both ventures, achieving a solid block to provide our customers with our best service and quality, continuing to the future eager to innovate day by day.
