The interiors are inspired from the olive groves, fig orchards and Sangiovese vineyards of the Tuscan coast and Umbrian countryside to create a scheme of vibrant greens and warm reds, honey-coloured burr elm joinery, walnut timber floors and aged pewter ceiling. The exciting dining space includes several culinary retail units clad in an unusual combination of shimmering bronze glass mosaics and cool white linen Corian. Nautical warehouse lighting, tins and jars of imported grocery and aromatic herbs contribute to the congenial, laid-back atmosphere of this very delightful culinary emporium. The large exterior terrace planted with mature fig, olive and cypress trees has been a local meeting place for decades, Today the outdoors scene has been updated with theatrical lighting, a limoncello bar and an ice-cream cold stone station where a virtuoso chef will blend fresh gelato flavours, nuts and fruits on an iced marble slab.
