Pinsa is the low-fat, low-calorie and highly digestible dough we make at Pinsa & Co. Unlike the traditional Pizza, we make Pinsa out of soybean flour dough. The preparation technique uses way less oil than the traditional pizza and the dough has a high content of water that reduces the overall calories. We decorate the Pinsa’s with the freshest ( season-based ) ingredients, so you can enjoy a delicious meal without having to regret it. It’s not pizza, it’s Pinsa !
