Established in 2006 by owner and proprietor Dan Balau, La Caverna is an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Dublin Fair City in the famous Temple Bar. This convenient location makes La Caverna a favourite amongst Dubliners and tourists alike. The restaurant has 3 floors and can cater for 120 diners at any given time meaning it is a fantastic location for group booking such as parties. The food here can only be described as authentique – Italian food the way it should be. La Caverna recently underwent a renovation and introduced their all new wine bar. Located in their 300 year old cellar, this new fine wine hangout is full charm and character. Dan has brought in a very special line up of wines that you will not find anywhere else. What’s more these luxurious premium wines are available by the glass. There is literally nowhere like this where you can get top class wines like that by the glass. It is fantastic as it makes premium wines much more accessible the customer.
