A restaurant thought with just one simple aim: the wellness of the hosts. We only project courses which are naturally gluten free, with no industrial or chemical interferences, preferably steamed, in a constant research of carefully selected raw materials, possibly locally sourced (farm-to-table), which produce not just the wellness but even the fun and the pleasure in hosts who taste them.
