Chef Davidé Prandi creates really delicious classics with great attention to detail. His food is unpretentious yet clearly is the work of a highly skilled young chef. The ingredients do all the talking here and sauces are an accompaniment which are there to enhance the overall dish, not envelope it as seen in many other places in the city.
