Puerto Blest is a micro coffee shop, a laboratory where specialty coffee of the most recognized origins is developed. We build roasting profiles that exalt flavors and aromas so that the beans express their unique attributes, their differential notes and that is reflected in each cup of coffee. Puerto Blest is also a barista school, an education center with a clear mission: to expand and strengthen the coffee culture. We want to share our passion with you.
