We are very proud to be a locally owned business, brewing in the most sustainable manner; using primarily, malts from local Quebec farms and recycling the ‘spent grain’ or ‘mash’ back to local farms. This provides a clean, high quality natural feed for healthy, local live stock. You will also find a great selection of many of Quebec’s finest bottled and canned craft/micro brews and gluten free beers.
