The story of Ngoc Boi: Let me tell you a story. I grew up knowing that all I wanted to do was cook and eat! I was curious about the taste, color and all kinds of tastes so I tried to experience it alone. At first, I started playing with ingredients and I filled my memory with lots of new experiences. I pay attention to every detail, every nuance of color, every little component but at one point I couldn't keep all these details in mind. I was very excited and filled with the idea that I started writing everything and gathering my experience in a box. But the box was suddenly full so I had to get a bigger one. But then full again. That's when I decided to share my world with the real world and I started cooking for others ....
