20 years ago Dirk Wittevrongel and Chef Bart Vanhelsuwe started the restaurant "De Acht Zaligheden". The restaurant grew into a beautiful classic in Ghent where bon vivants can dine. Here you can enjoy Belgian and French cuisine, which adjusts its menu according to the season with a few classic dishes, or new creations from our top kitchen team.
