Dajajio comes from the root word 'Dajaj' in Arabic, which means chicken. Established in 2012 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the concept of Dajajio came to fruition when its founders noticed a lack of good tasting chicken in the country. Thus, their infamous motto was born:
