All our artisan breads are made using only the finest unbleached, presevative free, stoneground flour and the time honoured traditional sourdough method. The sourdough process entails the fermenting and folding the dough over a 24 hour period, to give it that characteristic rustic flavour and create the perfect crusty loaf. Bread made the way it should be.
