An authentic farm-to-table Neapolitan Pizzeria. We make our own brick layered wood fired ovens, each one is unique and done to measure to occupy its destined location. We milk our well treated cows daily , the milk is sent directly to our near-by cheese making facility, where the cheesemaking process starts, pasteurizing the milk, then making cheese curd and finally stretching the curd to give it its final texture and form.
