P.S.T. officially opened its doors on October 2015 and is the new addition to the infamous Park Street Mews pedestrian road, located in the heart of Colombo. Spanning over two floors, the ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming and evoke a warm “home” feeling with details of an industrial trattoria-style restaurant. There is an open kitchen with wood burning oven and a see-through cellar where all the imported cold cuts and cheeses are kept.
