In the Fjellskål family we have operated with fish for over 100 years and we have been at Fisketorget since 1976. Today we are a whole 3 generations working at Fisketorget. We mainly focus on sustainable products from local suppliers, with a focus on quality. We work constantly to be the best at seafood. Fjellskål also has its own smokehouse, Eldhusrökkeriet, where the fish is smoked in the "old" way with sawdust from elk, beech and juniper, according to the family's secret recipe. Good craftsmanship is reflected in the taste. We focus on high quality and a large variety of natural raw materials, both fish and shellfish. Shop and seafood restaurant The discs in our store are full of fresh ingredients from the sea, as well as almost all fish species and shellfish from the Norwegian coast. Of course, you will also find our famous smokers from Eldhus Smoker and a rare large selection of excellent Caviar. Our aquariums are filled by season, with among other things. crabs, king crab, lobster, crayfish and cod. It won't be fresher than this!
