First started in 1946 at Bedok Rest House where dining was a plain and simple affair, with its long-standing Long Beach (Creator Of The Original And The Best Black Pepper Crab Of Singapore) name established in 1982. Back then, we are a household name to many seafood lovers in Singapore and overseas and it was not uncommon during the good old days for Long Beach customers to shout their orders for the cook to whip up familiar favorites to his stable of regular customers. We are probably one of the oldest and most popular seafood restaurants in Singapore now. Long Beach has since boasted five outlets from east to west. Long Beach @ DEMPSEY is located at Dempsey Road just opposite the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Long Beach IMM is situated at IMM Building Level 3, Long Beach UDMC is located at East Coast Seafood Centre, Long Beach KING Seafood is next to Kallang Park KFC / Mcdonald’s (nearest from the city) just opposite Mountbatten MRT. Lastly, Long Beach MAIN is next to ECP Burger King had since been reallocated during Feb 2017 due to NParks acquired the land for future development. Our chefs and staffs from Long Beach MAIN outlet had been reassigned to Long Beach King and our most recent opened outlet Long Beach @ Stevens. Long Beach @ Stevens is conveniently located at Stevens road next to Hotel Mercure Singapore on Stevens (Former Pinetree Club). All of our seafood is being well kept alive in their respective appropriate water conditions and temperature controlled tanks. Long Beach has been conferred many culinary awards and has been recommended by all manner of TV food programs and food guides both locally and internationally. Our accolades are a testament to its freshest and excellent tasting seafood. The dish has been hailed among Singapore’s top national dishes. Crabs are a must to order at Long Beach. We have more than 30 ways of cooking crabs at Long Beach. In recent years, we have introduced exotic seafood from regions such as South China Sea and North Pacific Ocean. Air Flown Live Alaskan King Crab, Air-Flown Live Geoduck Sashimi with Superior Stock Steamboat, Golden Stripe Live Lobster, Typhoon Abalone Conch in Thai Style, Live Tiger Sea Mantis with Spicy Salt and Air-Flown Live Australian Lobster are some of the examples of exotic seafood that we offer it throughout the year.
