Zeynel Hoca, who started to dive in the 70's, sees a moving fish that his name is unknown. He can not hunt this fish with the knowledge and technology of those years. Today, this highly intelligent fish, which I still respect very much today, can be hunted with techniques learned from the Bulgarians in international competitions and over time will master the beef hunting. Zeynel Sezgün's admiration of his wife inspired the name of our restaurant today.
