La Casa di Carlo opened its doors in 1997, offering on its menu the best Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The essence of the restaurant has always been its chef and host Carlo Colombara, who has devised many distinct dishes, as well as a teacher and guide to excellence in gastronomy and service. In addition, it was chosen by people by El Universo as the best place to eat gnocchi in 2008.
