"El Maple" was born in 1993, Eduardo and Monica formed it, as a contribution to the vegetarian community, in a colonial house now overthrown, in Paez and Roca, with a simple but very cozy atmosphere, offering vegetarian menus , always with the vision of satisfying the most demanding palates.
