We had dinner in this restaurant after visiting many local Maltese of which, unfortunately, we were disappointed. Instead, we must recognize that Paul's Bristo is pleasantly in contrast with the Maltese average. Very good typical Maltese appetizer (excellent goat cheese) and first course (rabbit ragu paccheri) just as good. To finish, a really delicious local dessert. Moderate prices, especially if we consider the average of nearby places. Service above expectations. Absolutely recommended.
