Our coffees are roasted according to the old, traditional principle.This way of burning takes more time than industrial branding. The raw coffee is roasted in a rotating drum for 12 to 13 minutes and then cooled with air. This way we obtain an even roasting of the beans and a good development of the aroma.Most of the roasted coffee beans are ground with us. This is done in a rolling mill with crushing rolls. The beans go through a series of 2 side by side and cylinders rotating in the opposite direction (the crushing rolls) that they crush / grind. In this way the grinding degree is always the same, the beans do not get heated during grinding and there is also no loss of aroma.The demand for coffee in beans has risen in recent years due to the increasing success of small espresso machines. All our coffees are of course also available in beans.Thanks to the selection of quality beans and the roasting method - our coffees are roasted light brown - Stroobant's coffee is fairly soft in taste and easily digestible.
