SICOPA is the abbreviation of Industrial Company of Canned Olives and Agricultural Products (SICOPA). Family-friendly, the company was founded in 1974 in Fez, Morocco. It currently manages two production entities for fruits and vegetables from the Moroccan soil, mainly olives and capers. It ensures their sorting, processing and packaging. Over the years, SICOPA has developed around these two products of tradition, new adaptations, and has enriched its range to new appetizer variations: stuffed peppers, grilled vegetables, dried tomatoes, and pickled cactus.
