The strong point of Bia cous cous is that they do not necessarily need to be cooked: the preparation can be done simply by rehydrating the product with hot or cold water, even outside the kitchen in just 5 minutes: The imperative of quality is associated with that of breadth range: in addition to the conventional line, with the classic and the integral durum wheat semolina, there is the organic one which includes, among others, the couscous of spelled, kamut, barley and four cereals.
