Dietetics is a small factory in St. Petersburg that produces only gluten-free products. Bread, pastries, flour mixes, cookies and pasta are delicious and gluten free. Gluten tested products in an independent laboratory "Test - St. Petersburg", has the necessary certificates and declarations. Gluten-free production “Dietika” began its history with a mini-extruder and attempts to get delicious corn pasta in the kitchen of our director. That is why we use European technology and leased lines. We produce ONLY gluten-free products, which eliminates the possibility of gluten contamination at all stages of production.
