Our durable milk comes from farms that use GMO-free feed exclusively and in a controlled manner, as the official sign of the Federal Ministry "OhneGenTechnik" shows. The products are preserved by UHT. In this process, the germ content in the milk is reduced so much that an uncooled storage is possible. There are no lost vitamins and the UHT milk is the taste and nutritional physiology of fresh milk almost equivalent.
