As the oldest dairy cooperative in northern Germany, we can say that the ingredients of our success are not secret and have not changed since 1885. Our company has been constantly evolving since its inception. Today, Ammerland Molkerei is one of the largest and most modern dairy farms in Europe. One thing that has remained the same: the farmers in the region operate the dairy as a cooperative enterprise - even though it has since involved almost 2,000 farmers, not seven.
