Tahsildaroglu`s journey began more than 50 years ago with the family elders trading cheese all around Turkey. Our founders didn`t find the quality and flavour they desired so they made the radical decision in 1978 to begin operating a seasonal dairy farm. In 1996, they established a production plant in the Ezine Bayramiç district of Canakkale. Since then, we have been producing fine cheese based on family recipes. Tahsildaroglu maturates its cheese, produced of milk from cows, sheep and goats that graze on the natural skirts of the Kaz Mountains, Bayramiç, Ezine and the Southern Marmara regions, with natural salt and yeast for at least 9 to 12 months,. Our firm continues to preserve its principal of traditional production for the healthy growth of future generations. Tahsildaroğlu also carries on its journey of flavour from milk to cheese always focused on quality, hygiene and health care..
