Even today, production is combined with a lot of Italian know-how. Lemon juice is not only imported, most aromatic products are imported by medium-sized Italian manufacturers. Even containers for ice cream cafes are produced by an Italian specialist. To promote marketing, there have been two sales companies since 2007: G + G Gelato sells classic Italian ice cream in Germany at around 100 ice cream cafes. Süd-Eis sells a wide assortment of ice creams to around 200 wholesale partners in Germany and abroad.
