The story of the (then) Jebo Food company began in 1995 in the Zeebrugge fish market. Jeroen Bossier was passionate about food in general and fish in particular. This wasn’t a complete surprise as he was the son of fish traders With this passion, plus the necessary creativity, Jeroen began developing artisan fish salads. In the meantime Jeroen built-up a good business relationship with Bart and Dorothy Favril-Deseure. Together they worked to fulfill a mission with clear values: to offer flavorsome, high-quality salads to the artisan trader.
