Established in 2010 by Victor Hugo and chef Jacob Kenedy , we make incompromisingly delicious gelato from the finest ingredients, fresh every day. It tastes more of fresh Mint than Mint, it sings of the freshness, not drowned in sugar or artificial flavorings. Our chocolate gelato is a sorbet, not because we wanted to make a low fat ice cream, but because as a sorbet we can make it even more chocolaty!
