Established in 2010 by Victor Hugo and chef Jacob Kenedy , we make incompromisingly delicious gelato from the finest ingredients, fresh every day. Some people think we are one of the better things to do in London and sweeten life a little. We hope you do too. For us taste is simple. Take our Fresh Mint Stracciatella gelato. It tastes more of fresh Mint than Mint, it sings of the freshness, not drowned in sugar or artificial flavorings. Our chocolate gelato is a sorbet, not because we wanted to make a low fat ice cream, but because as a sorbet we can make it even more chocolaty! We are proud to say that we are sourcing the best ingredients in the markets and we will do whatever it takes to work with prime produce.
