ALB-GOLD guarantees the highest quality by using the best raw materials and advanced production methods. With a production capacity of 50 to 60 tons of dry and fresh pasta daily on state-of-the-art equipment, with six independent production lines, a very large and diversified portfolio is produced in the factory in Trochtelfingen: traditonal German pasta as Spätzle, Knöpfle, Maultaschen; classic durum wheat semolina pasta; ancient grain noodles; instant pasta; pre-cooked pasta for the food service; and so on. In the second factory in Spaichingen, with further four production lines, ALB-GOLD can also produce gluten-free pasta, asian-like pasta and laminated pasta. Thanks to the combination of innovative production technology and natural raw materials, we can produce almost any imaginable pasta. Over 300 shapes combined with a vary large spectrum of raw materials.
