Golcuk Sut Products was established in 1972 by Mustafa Yiyen as a small factory in İzmir Ödemiş Gölcük Plateau to produce İzmir Leather Tulum Cheese and Curd Cheese. In 1982, İzmir Ödemiş continued its production at its facility consisting of 5 departments on a 1.860 m² area in the olive grove town. In 1994, it expanded its product range and started production of Naturel Kashar, White Cheese and Izmir Tulum. In 2007, it has started production in accordance with the requirements of the era in European standards by establishing the latest technology, production and packaging facilities with a closed area of 8.250 m² in 12.500 m² land. Our factory has a daily processing capacity of 260 tons of milk. Established and our way of trying to make a company worthy of its part to Turkey, local and national markets, starting with the group selling delicatessen products began to exported 10% of its production. Our goal is always to offer the highest quality production to the domestic and foreign market with customer-oriented marketing approach and continue to deliver the cheese to the people in the most natural and most delicious way.
