They were able to translate the “vibe” of the Dirty Rabbit into a real brand. They also created our website and all graphic elements of our house-style. In collaboration with freelance experts and Not Before Ten they were also involved in taking the design of the venue to another level. Rens Declercq made a fantastic video/teaser before the opening. London based artist Xavier Segers designed the gigantic window tattoo. Simon “Mr Mong” Everaert was responsible for more than 130m² of street art and sick ideas on our walls and in our toilets.A great sound is a necessity for a bar. We love to work with the guys from Bowers & Wilkins because of the incredible warm sound that is generated from their AM-1 loudspeakers and beautiful PV-1 hanging subwoofers. Together with the sound and acoustic engineers of Mutrox they have been guiding us towards a superb sound. Check their website! We are one of the first bars in Europe with a real Bowers & Wilkins Soundlabel and we’re proud of it. Working with Kurt Hereygers and his team of Not Before Ten has certanly brought the design of the Dirty Rabbit to a higher level. Most of the design elements are custom-made for us and with projects like the burned table and the “requests are stupid” DJ booth we have had a lot of fun. The bar design is a perfect example of how a high end and high volume bar can be combined in a very practical way.
