Since 1996, Ansolive introduces an assortment of Mediterranean products with the main product being the olive. Our entire range is seasoned to the taste of consumers and packaged under protective atmosphere. Our goal is to combine traditional craftsmanship with high-tech production processes. An ultra-modern production unit and our quality control department ensure high quality products and can produce up to 120 000 trays of olives, antipasti and other tapas platters per day. In order to maintain and improve the high quality and safety of its products, audits are done according to the HACCP and IFS standards.
