Clark’s is a traditional restaurant in the Recoleta neighborhood founded in 1974 by chef Gato Dumas. It is a space that was a pioneer in Recoleta reaching international prestige. In its environment warmth and good service predominate, with an international cuisine that has also incorporated the traditional Argentine Grill on the grill. Among its highlights, you can start the experience through the Carpaccio de Lomo or the Champignones stuffed with Ricotta. From there, the path can take us to the great Lomo Clark’s.
