Since 2003, in Uribelarrea –a town that seems detained in time– we have dedicated ourselves to the art of Delicatessen, rescuing ancient Italian recipes from our grandparents to prepare traditionally flavored sausages with exquisite flavor. Fatto a mano (Handmade) is the motto that our family maintains for three generations in the production of artisan cold cuts, which together with the use of selected raw materials and the due time of maturation give our products notable aromas and flavors.
