The first Georgian-Persian restaurant “Sirajkhana” is located in the wine bar of the “Museum” Hotel . This distinctive place which was built three centuries ago used to belong to the noble family of the Orbeliani. Maiko Orbeliani had her own wine cellar in this basement previously. The cuisine there is authentic and brings us back to the past when the influence of the Persian gastronomy on the Georgian dishes was quite high.
