In the mid-1900s there lived a curious, unruly and generous lady in Credoveita; Josefine Halvorsen. Although Trondheim was close to her heart, she had an insatiable desire for excursion into the world. What triggered her? We think it was the pursuit of the pure flavors. And food that no one she knew had heard of before. The dishes had to have a down-to-earth significance to taste the little extra, according to Jossa. She wanted to understand the world through food. We are therefore very happy and grateful to be able to continue her stories through Jossa food and drink.
