Select cuts of Norwegian meat are marinated for hours in Freddy's secret blend of real whole dried chillies, then cooked the old fashioned way - slow and gentle, until the meat melts in your mouth. Freddy promises you won't find better! We prepare our authentic regional salsas fresh on-site, every day. We bottle our own table salsas, so you will only find the freshest salsas on our benches. Be warned, our hot salsa packs more of a punch than Freddy.
