The POLIDOR restaurant, institution of the Latin Quarter, located 2 steps from the Odeon Theatre, has kept its authentic décor, witnessed by many generations. Like Victor Hugo, Ernest Hemingway, Paul Verlaine or Arthur Rimbaud, who were regular customers, come and enjoy the charm of a historic place, discovering a wide range of typical french cuisine specialities : egg mayo, snails, ribeye or sirloin steak, veal blanquette, salt pork with lentils, flank steak with shallots, or our famous Tartar.
