Bakchich is a culinary taste sensation ready to explode onto the scene of the great UK cities and beyond. Our Liverpool site opened on Tuesday 13th August 2013 and has not once stopped to take a breath. Clean, trendy, unique, quality, choice and fresh are at the heart of every single decision made in the business. Bakchich started out on the Christmas Markets of Liverpool. With our fresh ingredients, new and unique flavours, alive and clean juices we were a major hit. This gave us the drive and inspiration to open our first site in Liverpool and our second in Manchester. Bakchich translation means ‘Loose Change’ and as much as being a very memorable fascia name, it is also a primary message behind the cuisine we create – that of food at affordable prices. From the tiles on the floor that originally adorned the mosaic floor of Grandpa’s house in Marrakesh, Morocco, to the Cedar Wood on the front of our restaurant, every detail has been considered. It is not just important for our food to be the best, it is a responsibility to live up to the reputation of superior Lebanese cuisine and recipes handed down over generations. Lebanese food is no more the property of the Mediterranean. It is here and it is available for all.
