This attractive Rose Cremant de Bourgogne is a mix of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Chardonnay grapes. This Grande Cuvee has a medium salmon color. The nose reminds of strawberries, apple blossoms, delicate red apples and lemon, a light toast aroma and a hint of toffee. Lively acidity and modest alcohol give a pleasant mouthfeel, accompanied by berries and citrus fruits. Particularly fruity and floral cremant rose.
