We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from receipt of payment. However, during busy periods our hand manufactured candles may take longer. Please notify us if you need an order urgently and we will quote you a delivery date. All goods dispatched by carrier on a Next Day delivery service via DPD. To ensure that there are no delays on your delivery please provide a mobile number that we can pass on to the courier who will notify you by text with an hourly window on the day of delivery. DPD will also require a signature upon delivery.
